This Cloud Manta card would be beneficial in a blue-based control or tempo deck that focuses on flying creatures and evasion. However, there are better cards with similar abilities such as Serendib Efreet or Mulldrifter that offer more value for their cost and impact on the game. While Cloud Manta may have its niche uses, it may not see much play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks due to its relatively limited impact compared to other options available.
