It’s been exactly five years (”FIVE years! FIVE Ah-ah-ah-ah!”) years since Jerry Nelson passed away, and I still think this is my favourite of the pieces about him released at the time.
I’m just gonna be that one person sitting in the middle of the Mupps fandom between loving Matt’s performance and missing Steve.
Cause that’s me right now.

I feel you, fam. I have full confidence in Matt and I’m sure his Kermit will get better with age. And I love Steve. But this whole thing has just been unfortunate. There’s no other word I can think of for it.

i havent watched it in several years and remember nothing about it except the pop punk cover of rainbow connection that was in the credits but having a cursed vibe sounds about right
