Ye, Power Rangers was actually based off of a Tokusatsu show called Super Sentai if you didn’t already know.
I also loved all the foreshadowing in the show, especially the OP Yeah, I think there will be a season 2 if Tsubaraya allows it, there were some things in the last episode that could be alluding to a second season. Only thing I could ask if there is a second season is for there to be even more subversion in terms of Toku tropes and getting to it’s themes sooner |

Yes, loved it, helped that I'm a fan of Tokusatsu so I really appreciated the work that went into animating the fights like an actual toku show. Never saw the original Gridman tho so I had to look up the references (that honestly are more bonus stuff than anything)

In a way but I don't know a whole lot of philosophy. I had thought about looking at some but just particularly stuff I actually can use for myself to alter my perception in a way that benafits me as a sort of philosophical therapy. If that makes sense. I know about various religions too or at least to some level.
