We recently had the ultimate privilege and opportunity to preview, embrace and indulge ourselves into the new world of precision die-cast models with our own samples of this collection of exclusive cars from the Fast & Furious movies, all courtesy of Fanhome. It’s safe to say we’re absolutely hooked.

As you guys all know, we love our supercars, and classic cars, and well, any desirable cars that are beautiful and rare. These are no exception.

What we liked here was that the subscription quickly allowed us to quickly amass an awesome collection of die-cast, hand painted model cars. But more than just the cars; it included unprecedented and exclusive access to characters we absolutely adore, as well as behind the scenes material and little known information in each issue. Each delivery we received, included awesome magazines, jam-packed with content which you can’t get anywhere else.

About the collection

We were so excited to receive our first delivery to start off the collection, and boy were we not disappointed. In our first issue, we recieved Dom Torretto’s infamous 900bhp monster Dodge Charger R/T. And the detailing was insanely good – few other publishers of die-cast models go to such lengths as Fanhome have. We are so impressed by the amount of great, exclusive content received in each issue.

Each car is to a high spec, with great detailing, all at 1:43 scale. What impressed us most were the following expert attention to detail:

• Rubber tyres
• A functioning steering wheel
• Original models
• Detailed interiors
• Rotating wheels

It’s so frustrating when collectable cars come with plastic tyres or feel so mass produced. Collectables should be special, and these cars are blissfully exclusive and an exciting departure from the norm, providing us fans with an awesome collection of the coolest cars to roam the earth.
