Why is natural food so expensive?
First, commercial food gives no priority to creating healthy food. They use synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, & insecticides disregarding health risks. My Dad & Me uses none of these but instead, only barnyard manures, cover crops, and lots of hard labor. Healthy food is the #1 priority. Second, commercial food is heavily subsidized with taxpayers’ dollars. My Dad & Me accepts no government subsidies.
Why do you milk Jersey cows and not Holsteins?
Although Jersey cows produce less milk, the milk is the highest quality of all cows and has the most butter-fat/cream content.
