Third Act Dialogue Doesn't Work

But rdardi123 denied this suggesting "Bale was the only part of this movie that kept me hooked. If he wasn’t there i would have walked out. I enjoyed his character that much." Christian Bale was putting in some fantastic work, but it seems unfair to say that no one else appealed.

In fact, it's fair to levy the criticism that Amsterdam, despite boasting stars like Margot Robbie, utilized a lot of its run time to repeating lines and breaking down familiar plot points again.

Taylor Swift has genuine acting potential. In fact, it's fair to say that her brief appearances in Amsterdam genuinely held up. There is talent there, and it just needs to be brought out by a great director, or perhaps in a feature within a slightly better premise and production.

There have been huge amounts of discourse surrounding the director, and after its release, constant debate over the success or failure of Amsterdam itself. It's unfair to say no one was paying attention though.
