EUGENE, Ore. - The residents of a homeless camp along railroad tracks in Eugene are gone.

But as photos taken by both a concerned citizen and our own photojournalist show, the trash generated by the camp remains.

The mess can be seen in the 400 block of Garfield Street.

Whose job is it to clean up the mess?
