Upon completion of this training, you will develop capabilities to: * Comprehend the critical role 911 Telecommunicators play as the first responder to a missing child incident. * Examine the different types of missing children cases and how they are reported to dispatch. * Identify and implement optimal practices through NCIC, APCO, and ANSI systems and standards. * Recognize mental health challenges specific to 911 Telecommunicators and develop resilience building strategies to manage stress correctly. * Engage in hands on interactive activities through scenario based learning to improve your performance and practice what you have learned.
