Thoughtfully designed to complement its natural surroundings, the Mausoleum of the Holy Way provides a peaceful sanctuary for remembrance, worship and quiet contemplation. The semi-open space invites visitors to pause and connect in a place of calm and dignity.

Located at Macquarie Park Cemetery and Crematorium, near the Stations of the Cross, the mausoleum offers a range of above-ground burial and ash memorial options to suit individual preferences. High ceilings and rich natural materials create a welcoming space.

The Mausoleum of the Holy Way is a unique architectural design by GW. Architects. Recognised by the Australian Institute of Architecture Awards, the Mausoleum of the Holy Way received an Award for Excellence for its refined stonework.

Crypts

Single and double crypts available

The Mausoleum of the Holy Way crypts are located within three serene galleries: the Gallery of Faith, the Gallery of Peace and the Gallery of Devotion. Set within a semi-open architectural design, the crypts are nestled among a sculpture garden that symbolically represents the path Jesus walked on the day of the Crucifixion.

Each gallery offers a peaceful setting for quiet reflection and remembrance, creating a meaningful space for families to honour their loved ones. All crypt selections include a complete package with interment, inscription and ongoing maintenance with no further costs.

Pool of reflection

The Pool of Reflection offers a peaceful and dignified space for remembrance. Incorporating a tranquil water feature, it features ash memorial placements along its pathway for above-ground interment. Each placement can accommodate two sets of ashes and includes space for personal tributes, providing a meaningful way to honour loved ones. The package includes interment, inscription and ongoing maintenance, with no additional costs.

Columbaria

The Mausoleum of the Holy Way offers four dedicated columbarium areas for ash interments: the Gallery of Faith, the Gallery of Peace, the Sacred Garden and the Sanctuary.

The columbaria accommodate two, three or four ash placements, allowing flexibility to meet the needs of individuals and families.

Five size options are available depending on the space required. Each selection includes a complete package covering interment, inscription and ongoing maintenance, with no further costs.
