INGREDIENTS: Chicken thigh (25%) , basmati rice, tomato, coconut cream, capsicum, carrot, tapioca, almonds, sweet potato, zucchini, onion, coconut oil, butter chicken spice blend (coriander, chilli, onion flakes, salt, green cardamom, pepper, ginger, cassia, turmeric, cloves, garlic flakes, nutmeg, mace, star anise).

Microwave: Heat for 2 - 3 Minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave)

Air Fryer: Place meal into an air fryer safe dish, and set to reheat mode for 3 - 5 minutes, or until desired temperature is reached.
