Hi. ❤️
Girl, nah.
Hey. ❤️
I put my hair in rollers after washing it and lay in the sun or just chill until my hair is dry. Takes a couple hours.
Hi. ❤️
I don’t know much about hairline care. I would use Jojoba Oil but really, I don’t know.
Twists, weaves, cornrows, bantu knots, they’re all good.
Hello. ❤️
Thank you!
I use a soft tooth afro comb to detangle my hair in small sections, from the ends up. After braids and when prepping my hair for Bantu Knots. Otherwise I just use my fingers to detangle. You lose a lot less hair that way.
Hello. ❤️
You’re asking one of the most shy human beings you’ll have ever met. So I don’t know, really.
When you find out tell me though!
Thank you so much, Kokky. ❤️🙏
Hey. ❤️
I did cut my hair. I went from bra-strap length to above-shoulder length. Then as the natural hair grew out, I cut the relaxed ends off.
2 years later I have no relaxed hair left. Try it!
You’re welcome! ❤️
It depends. My hair is never in the same condition, everyday. When it’s dry I put a bit of Coconut Oil in and base my scalp using an applicator bottle, with Jojoba Oil. When it’s very dry I seal the Coconut Oil in with a bit of Castor Oil. And some days I put in nothing.
I used to spray my hair with a bit of water before putting in the oils (LOC system-ish) but I’ve stopped doing that because of shrinkage and things.
Oh and in terms of products, the only one I use is the ORS Olive Oil Moisturizer.
Hello. ❤️
Ive said this so many times: protective styling (braids, twists, weaves - if you still look after your own hair underneath and don’t leave them in for more than 2 months) retains hair length. The reason hair doesn’t grow is because it keep breaking at the ends, and protective styles keep your ends in check.
Otherwise moisturize your ends. Put Castor oil or Raw Shea Butter on them to strengthen them and keep them from breaking off.
Thank you very much, love ❤️
I maintain my afro at home. And I get my braids done in Braamfontein.
