Donald Trump lists oceanfront Palm Beach mansion for $49 million
A company registered to Donald Trump and his family is selling their Palm Beach oceanfront abode for a whopping $49 million.
The estate sits next door to Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club, where the former president currently resides. The buyer of the estate would have access to a full membership at the golf club, a perk available to all residents of Woodbridge Road.
Palm Beach property records reveal that Trump, 74, is connected to the limited liability company that put the home, located on 1125 S. Ocean Blvd., on the market.
And the Trumps are hoping to score a huge profit from the sale.
The home’s listing shows a beachfront mansion with American flag artwork in the living room. The natural light-filled pad provides 194 feet of beachfront views.

The home was initially sold in 2018 to Trump’s company by his sister, retired federal appeals Judge Maryanne Trump Barry, for a documented $18.25 million. She paid a recorded $11.5 million for the house in 2004.
Spanning a massive 8,269 square feet, the home is made up of eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
Built in 1956, the two-story, Bermuda-style home has since undergone modern renovations.

Amenities include entertaining areas with a formal living room, sun room, family room and a library.
The property also features several outdoor spaces with an oceanfront balcony, patio and pool.
In the past few months, the rest of Trump’s family have followed the former president from DC to Florida. Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle left their longtime home in New York City for the Sunshine State.
Meanwhile, Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump plunked down more than $30 million for a lot of land on Miami’s uber-swanky, high-security Indian Creek island — known as the “Billionaire’s Bunker.”
