Read contract. 21.11 no need give national insurance no just need passport and proof address for a personal injury claim if they’re claiming for legal aid which means that you’ve been a subject to a case with the police for a pending investigation of a conviction then that’s total different Remember work with police. And.phone them as soon put claim against them lose your personal ID Remember if send you Somethin not on term and condition you can withdraw without paying fee Breach contract keep emails

Great Staff But Bad Answering Robot The customer service staff are great. They were patient, respectful, and immediately able to answer my questions. Unfortunately, I take 2 stars off from this review because of the frustrating robot answering machine. The robot answering machine keeps trying to solve my problem by informing me of information I already know. When I ask for a representative/agent, it blocks me and it's only with great patience and effort that I can finally reach their staff. What the robot answering machine fails to realize is that I am calling their customer service specifically because I have a problem that only a human can solve. What I desire is the ability to quickly get to staff when I call. Overall, the humans behind the customer service are great and wonderful, but the robot answering machine is infuriating.

I ordered a parcel online and it was running late with no updates. It was my first time using yodel. I contacted Ted the help centre and someone had to check and update the tracking for me then the parcel was to be delivered today, I thought I wasn't going to be home and I put behind the bin. The driver dropped the parcel at the wrong house. I called then literally 30 mins after looking around for my parcel. The agent checked and sent me the picture confirmation of delivery. I told her it wasn't my house. She kept arguing with me that their system was accurate. Then she told me to contact my seller. Why should I contact my seller for their driver's mistake? I came home from work and went round and finally found the house. It was 6 houses away from mine. Very frustrating service. I have never had issues with Evri or royal mail.

I have been the victim of discrimination. I tried contacting the company to rectify what happened, but my account is now completely blocked. I'm disabled through osteoarthritis, because of this, I know longer work. I have been training in Forex as it's a career that my disability won't affect me doing. I applied for a live account with pepperstone and was refused because Im not employed. My disability prevents me from working, so i feel hurt by how I've been singled out in this case. My body does not work like it once used to, but my brain works perfectly fine.

within 6 weeks evri have been playing games with parcels of mine.claiming to the seller to have lost it and me this is in one day every day for 3 weeks "parcel at hub" - "parcel out for delivery" - "parcel withheld"..monday and again today the 12th march "attempted delivery driveway blocked" TOTAL LIES I do NOT have a driveway ..have cctv and NO-ONE came near my home.the old name HERMES bad reputation .seems the new name EVRI is even worse.you cant get hold of them.a joke of a so called courier..SELLERS OUT THERE DONT USE THESE

Just home from a few days at the Crieff Hydro. We have a very peaceful rest at this hotel. It is going through a £500000 Refurbishment but this did not detract from our stay. The Duty Manager was Karen who we met during our former stay, she was exceptionally welcoming & explained what was going on & where we could find food & drinks during our stay. I also used the Spa facility which was very relaxing & high standards maintained from the Staff there. Will definitely book this again. Highly recommend this hotel to chill out.

This is the best video downloader. I'm using the free version. 10 videos per day is an excellent deal for me. It can download videos at 4k very easily. With a good fps too. The only problem is, sometimes it bugs, which can be tolerated. But the main problem is it can't still be downloaded from many websites. It is the only downside of this. But for free its ok, also it is a very fast download speed.

Placed an order on 26 Feb that has not arrived and is not marked as shipped. I have reached out to the company multiple times to try to get an update and cancel. They close out the chat with me immediately after saying they will not cancel the order. When I was able to get them to chat longer, they said "Unfortunately I cannot give you a favorable answer, it is just not possible to cancel it."

I had an issue with my xm2we mouse battery not working due to a malfunction - Overclockers quickly helped me through my issue with it, and replaced it in a very short timeframe - and when they did not have my specific mouse in stock, they offered to repay me or select an even better mouse! They were consistently friendly and helpful at every step, and I'm very grateful for how they helped.

Placed my order back on February 28th and paid for expedited shipping and still haven’t received my order. The standard shipping was being shipped with 3-5 business days from purchase. So, I’m confused as to why expedited shipping is taking so long? What’s the point of offering expedited shipping and actually not expedited the order? That’s stealing money from hardworking people.

I've just bought the Solve Combo and walking through the tutorials to prepare myself for the next 10 days I have before I take Solve. Managed to do the first Walkthrough of the Ecosystem game and the explanation videos were simple to follow and easy to understand on what I have to do. Glad so far with my purchase and it seems I will be well prepared for when I take the test!

It’s been a week since I’ve gotten my smile white aligners but from the booking to the fitting process it’s been nothing but professional. All questions and concerns I’ve had have been promptly answered and I’ve felt confident and in good hands since the the first call. When you contact Happen I have very polite and very helpful and listen to everything you have to say then they say to you, which is the best option for you and they talk you through it, they are so helpful it is unbelievable.
