Holy moly! What happens to the shaft when the motor moves around?

Despite how it looks the supercharger is actually mounted to the gearbox. So it should all move together

that makes way more sense, hard to tell from the pic.

how much boost does it make?

Been meaning to take some better pics with details, sorry guys.

It's running on a safe basemap with evo 510cc injectors. Should be about 6psi going by blower speed. When I first took it for a drive I didnt have a boost gauge hooked up. I had the bov plumbed in wrong and I think I've blown the supercharger gasket. Now I have a boost gauge and it's barely making 1psi

So here is the jackshaft clutch pulley. I used a pulley from the ac pump. Just chopped off the housing and jabbed up a mount that also has a bearing for the shaft. Added a support for it as it was a bit wobbly haha

I have also relocated the ps pump underneath to make room. It has a tensioner pulley mounted to the top for the jackshaft belt

That's a pretty crazy way to get it to fit.  But.. so crazy that it doesn't work!

One option is to fit the throttle body before the supercharger. Now you don't need a BOV, and you're not constantly compressing and venting air.

Just a thought.

Be very interesting to see how this turns out :)

It does work, it just needs a pulley change for more boost. The Bov works fine for controlling boost.

I realized I can't use the b20b crank pulley because PS pulley is different. Trying to find a bigger pulley for the SC end of the jackshaft. Needs to be about 120-130mm I reckon

Lol. woops.. I mean "not so crazy that it doesn't work" (must have been drinking again)

I'm a fan for sure.

Not sure what the m62 pulley set up is but there's heaps of different pulleys available for the M90 with an interchangeable pulley mount thing.

These dude  do all them here in NZ.  Largest size I think is 3.8" and they go smaller from there.

Could be a thing.

Installed the pulley on the weekend. Got new belts yesterday, needed to change all of them. Took it for a rip, it now make 6psi

Belt ended up coming off. Will work on getting a ripper video this weekend.
