Our History
Transforming the dining experience since 2010
In 2010, Mohammed Umar launched Oodles Wok with a small menu and a focus on quality and service. Working closely with customers, he perfected dishes over two years, blending spices and flavours from different cuisines.
As demand grew, a second store opened in Leicester city centre. Food enthusiasts travelled from all over the UK to experience Oodles Wok, inspiring the development of our franchise model. In December 2024, we proudly rebranded as Oodles Wok, marking an exciting new chapter. We also went international in October 2024, opening our first overseas location in Dubai, with plans to expand to more countries very soon—watch this space!
