MANDATE
Social Hygiene Clinic is a division under the Health Department that aims to provide services to the community in order to decrease the prevalence, complications and control of the spread of sexually-transmitted infections in the city of Parañaque.
Mission
SHCWC, under CHO, provide services aiming to decrease the prevalence, complications and control of the spread of STD and HIV in the city of Paranaque.
