My baby has developed 6 red spots on his face suddenly.. as well as on his left hand fingers.. I have started feeding him banana recently.. he is 5 and a half months old.. can anyone help me with this? what could it be?

A. yes..pls stop banana immediately as it is not good for baby health and digestion...also understand that baby will have to eat lifelong after 6 months... then why you are in a hurry..pls understand as its not good for his.digestion in long term....just breastfeed till he complete 6 months....also stop banana or other feed..and if acne still there in a day or two then consult.pediatrician
