This charming tiny house is only 10 minutes away from Sapanca Lakeside on foot and 3 minutes by driving. Masukiye is 9 km away, a ski center is 9 km away from Kartepe, and you can find ATV and safari activities 6 km away. All in all, a perfect location.
The garden around the house is astonishing. The outdoor area allows you to spend nice and memorable moments, watch movies on projection, or relax in the pool. The veranda area at the front is also a great place to spend your evenings and chill.
The inside of the house is also as cute as the outside. The house features a living area, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom – just about everything you need.
The living area has a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV. It’s also very bright and airy thanks to the big window. The kitchen has a very modern design with black tiles, white cabinets, and wooden countertops. And, although it’s small, it has all the equipment needed for cooking. The bathroom is also very stylish with interesting tile work. Finally, the loft bedroom is simple and features a double bed and a nightstand.
