Rookie applicants get tested in PBA Draft Combine

THE PBA gives a glimpse of how ready the 70 rookie applicants are when it holds its annual Draft Combine starting on Wednesday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

Registration is set at 9 a.m.

All rookie prospects will undergo biometrics and get to perform various athletic tests and shooting drills during the two-day event that concludes on Thursday.

The players are then going to be spread out into six teams and play 5-on-5 games beginning in the afternoon of Day 1 all the way to the entire duration of Day 2.

Awarding ceremonies will also be held at the end of the mini-tournament where an MVP and Mythical Team are going to be named.
A short orientation is likewise going to be held where all applicants will be briefed about how things work in the league.
