After the SKIMS co-founder, 43, shared a photo of a contract she drew up for son Saint that outlines several conditions the 8-year-old must abide by to start his own YouTube channel, Kardashian clarified that the agreement between the two isn't a laughing matter. "JOKE CONTRACT? Oh this wasn't a joke," Kardashian wrote on X, resharing PEOPLE's original article. "We will go to arbitration if needed." Kim Kardashian Shares Joke Contract as She Lets Son Saint, 8, Get His Own YouTube Channel On Tuesday, Sept. 3, Kardashian shared a photo of her contract with Saint on her Instagram Stories, writing, "I finally allowed Saint to have a YouTube Channel after signing an extensive contract. Please Subscribe!" "Saint signed a solid contract for this YouTube Channel. He better not breach," the mom of four wrote while sharing a snap of the document and adding a winking emoji. The handwritten contract is titled "Contract between Saint West and Kim Kardashian" and is dated Tuesday, Sept. 3. "I, Saint West, agree to follow my mom’s rules in order to have a YouTube channel," it reads. "I am not allowed to comment any personal family information. I am not allowed to film any personal information. I am not allowed to film while North is recording music." The middle portion of the contract is blocked by Kardashian's caption, though the second half reads, "I must show my mom or guardian all videos before I post them. I give permission to any grown up if mom says to delete my video for any reason. If I don’t listen to all of the rules, mom could make my page private or delete my account." As of Thursday, Sept. 5, Saint's YouTube account @TheGoatSaint has 11,200 subscribers. Kardashian shares sons Psalm, 5, and Saint, as well as daughters Chicago, 6, and North, 11, with her ex-husband Kanye West. Last month, the reality TV star shared highlights from a trip to the Real Madrid headquarters in Spain with Saint and some of his friends on her Instagram Stories. Saint and his friends were photographed entering the building in one snap. Kardashian also posted a video of Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham signing Saint's jersey, which had the player's name on the back. In the following photo, Saint posed with his back to the camera, showing off the signature on the shirt next to the soccer player's name and number. Other players signed the front of the jersey. Close
