Kim Kardashian Doesn't Have Time to Date: 'She Has Help but It's a Lot of Work to Balance Everything' (Exclusive Source)

Kim Kardashian is focused on family as she enters her 44th year.

The reality star, who turned 44 on Oct. 21, is "very much focused on being a mom" right now, an exclusive source tells PEOPLE.

"She's not even dating anyone now. It's all about work and the kids," the source says of Kardashian's four kids — North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5 — whom she shares with ex Kanye West.

"Although she has help, it's still a lot of work for her to balance and coordinate everything," the source continues.

Despite life being busy as a mom of 4, Kim "seems great."

"She had an early birthday celebration with her family. She seems fine about turning 44.”

Since separating from Kanye, 47, in 2021, Kardashian dated comedian Pete Davidson for nine months in 2022, and more recently, she was linked to Odell Beckham Jr.

In September 2023, a source told PEOPLE the two were "hanging out" following the Baltimore Ravens wide receiver's split from his girlfriend Lauren Wood.

In February, they were "still hanging out" but things remained "pretty casual." By April, it "fizzled out," according to a source.

In the early hours of her birthday, Kardashian posted some sultry footage of herself on her Instagram Stories posing in a skintight ensemble she aptly called her "Birthday Suit."

The Diesel D-Rooney slip dress looked like a second skin on the SKIMS founder, who also posted a photo of a birthday cake with Oct. 21 circled.

Her mom, Kris Jenner, was among the first to share a tribute to her in honor of her birthday, calling her daughter "a light to everyone who meets you."

"Your strength and determination is second to none and the way you constantly fight for those who need your help and always give your energy and love to everyone around you. I’m so proud of you every single day.. you are the most amazing mother, daughter, sister, auntie and friend," Kris wrote.

"You are such a huge part of my heart, and I cherish every single precious memory we have ever made. You bring me such happiness and joy and I love you beyond any measure my beautiful daughter. I love you 💕."
