Then nearly 600 revelers retreated to the nearby Duggar home for more fun. The update: The Dillards welcomed son Israel in April 2015, and are expecting their second child — a boy! — in July. The family has been doing mission work in Central America throughout the past 18 months. 02 of 05 JESSA DUGGAR SEEWALD Discovery Communications The date: Nov. 1, 2014 The groom: Ben Seewald The location: Bentonville, Arkansas The guest list: Just like big sister Jill's wedding, more than 1,000 well-wishers, including Kirk Cameron The details: This pair opted not to have their first kiss in front of the ceremony crowd, instead opting to share it behind closed doors afterward (the bride's parents Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar smooched for guests instead). Later, guests toasted the pair outside with ice cream sundaes, before they took off in a horse-drawn carriage. The update: The Seewalds have son Spurgeon, now 18 months, and Henry, almost 4 months, with plans to expand in the future, possibly through adoption. 03 of 05 JINGER DUGGAR VUOLO Photography by Britton/TLC. Courtesy of JingerandJeremy.com The date: Nov. 5, 2016 The groom: Jeremy Vuolo The location: Siloam Springs, Arkansas The guest list: You guessed it: Jinger followed in her older sisters' footsteps, inviting 1,000 people to the nuptials The details: Vuolo's dad officiated the ceremony, which also included a first kiss. At the reception, guests noshed on savory snacks before tucking into a "naked" wedding cake. Afterward, the newlyweds made their exit in a decorated vintage Jaguar. The update: The couple honeymooned in Australia and are now settling into life in Laredo, Texas — and dodging lots of baby questions from their many siblings. 04 of 05 JOY-ANNA DUGGAR FORSYTH Lissa Chandler/TLC The date: May 26, 2017 The groom: Austin Forsyth The location: Rogers, Arkansas The guest list: Yep, more than 1,000 guests (1,002, to be exact) at the event The details: Though both admitted to being nervous before the ceremony, they told PEOPLE that once they read their vows — which they wrote themselves — everything fell into place. A first kiss followed, then a reception featuring homemade cupcakes. When the pair left the party, they were showered with paper airplanes covered in well-wishes from their guests (a nod to their shared love of flying.) The update: Following a honeymoon to an undisclosed location, the two plan to settle down near family in Arkansas — and hope to have kids in the near future. 05 of 05 BONUS: MICHELLE RUARK DUGGAR Chris Bolt/Splash The date: July 21, 1984 The groom: Jim Bob Duggar The location: Springdale, Arkansas The guest list: Much smaller than their children's weddings, with a manageable 200 guests The details: The pair's church was under construction, so their pastor officiated the "sweet and simple" affair in the building's hallway. To save money, Michelle even carried faux flowers and wore Grandma Duggar's wedding dress. Afterward, guests ate a cake made by the bride herself. The update: You know the story — 19 Kids and Counting! And to celebrate their union each year, the Duggars have their children listen to an audio recording of their ceremony.
