Description ah yeah some pplz were wondering how to draw these fancy ruffle collar things (mainly worn in the Elizabethan times) but i guess this could also cover other ruffley items of clothing :'D anyway its more of a step by step than instruction, but hope it helps a little ;;; tutorial by me~
