I started a translation through the url from English to Portuguese. After changing the target language to Spanish, I still see the warning about the article existing in Spanish

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a translation by following this link to our test instance.
2. Select the "Moon" article from the suggestions.
3. In the dialog to start the translation, change the target language to spanish.
4. Observe how the warning still mentions that the page is missing in portuguese and linking to Portuguese Wikipedia. The expected result would be for this information to get updated to refer to Spanish instead as the language is changed.
