Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Add a field to an existing translation test.
Wait until Web2Cit monitor runs again.

What happens?:

Test results are updated on Meta-Wiki, but an additional |} is inserted at the end of the path results table. See this example.

What should have happened instead?:

No additional |}should be added.

Done per this commit, the writer is adding a new closing table by an error in the evaluation of exception. This commit has sorted the inclusion if the test is successful or not.
