docs: Document CSS variables use in Codex usage documentation
Closed, ResolvedPublic1 Estimated Story Points

Description

The usage documentation on the Codex docs site says nothing about how tokens can be customized using CSS variables, or how dark mode can be used. We've integrated this into MediaWiki, and theoretically non-MW users could use these features as well, but there's no documentation telling them how they can do that.

Acceptance Criteria
  • There is documentation on the Codex doc site about how design tokens can be used as CSS variables and how different "modes" can be used.
