According to previous community consensus, some editors like @peacearth believe that this extended function has the function of arranging articles into volume. It has the advantage of "organizing articles with book" and easy management (especially more practical for WikiProject), and whether it can be output into a pdf file is only secondary; it was not introduced before but was shelved indefinitely due to technical issues. Therefore, I think the introduction of Book Creator should be carried out in accordance with the previous consensus; I believe that this extension should be introduced as per previous consensus.

@MusikAnimal maybe add namespace 102 (T271612 , WikiProject namespace) to /x-tools/xtools/src/Model/PageAssessments.php#Line17 to resolve this problem?
(Note that WikiProject namespace in jawiki( T26852 ), kowiki( T29651 ), eswiki( T5736 ), eowiki( T22527 ), ckbwiki( T54665 ), pl.wiki( T10077 ), their NSID are all 102)
