I think this can be considered resolved for 2017 with the T-shirts at the conference (April, was it not?). For 2016 it's a WONTFIX :)

@Effeietsanders I just realized that we have not communicated with the public list about this documentation. I shared one specific part of it with Wiki Loves Africa yesterday and they found it useful. We should send an email to the public list about this, saying that we've done it and sharing it in case other Wiki Loves contests or national organizers find it useful. We should also make a note to link to it from our documentation, again for local organizers of Wiki Loves Monuments.
