AccountVanishRequests doesn't move user talk pages when renaming a user so it causes a delinked page on wikis with automatic welcoming (e.g. [[https://en.wikinews.org/wiki/User_talk:Matteodm96|on enwikinews). These should either be renamed or deleted to avoid filling database reports on wikis that track pages belonging to non-existent users.
