Here's what Scott has to say:

"That's so exciting!

When shooting real estate I'm usually so focused on representing the space that I rarely have an opportunity to get something creative.  I looked over this staircase and saw an opportunity.  Using a tripod for all my exteriors, this angle did not justify using it so  I set the timer to 2 seconds, leaned over, stretched out and aimed down!  It took me a couple tries to get the perfect symmetry but I got it."
