Detox Diet Ideas
For my brown rice detox, which allows brown rice, fruit and vegetables for 1 week. Herbs/spices, vinegar, etc. can be used, and a bit of olive oil. Veggies can be raw/cooked. (Update: I'm including recipes that may expand on the detox by including other whole grains, etc. These can be adapted for detox, or used as part of any healthy eating plan. I often do a phase 2 of the detox in the 2nd week to gently introduce foods such as nuts, quinoa, oats, beans, and tofu.)
