Every time I try to check out, the continue option is presented, but when clicked, nothing happens. It's like the screen is frozen. So I revert to entering all of my credit card data and purchasing, only to find to my great surprise, GPay processed the initial transaction! This is not the only time I've had to experience the headache of untangling duplicate purchases! Please fix!!

Don't trust sending your money with gpay. The app showed a failure when I tried to send money, so l tried multiple times during the day. Each showed an error. Nothing in the payment history showed them as processes, pending, etc. A week later I get a flurry of emails showing all of the payments went through. Customer support could do nothing. Stick with Venmo, cash app, or plain old ACH.

I tried restoring bank on the pending auto-payments that I had cancelled 2 years ago so I can close my account but I keep getting an error message: "Something went wrong" and despite contacting support several times, they have not provided a resolution by saying that they escalated my case for the past one month and keep disconnecting me everytime I try to get an update and/or ask for help. Very disappointed with the service. I have contacted the bank and merchant but gpay is the problem!
