Update: I did a factory reset on the all fi hub and the app is working as it should. Held the reset button for 10 seconds until it displayed "Reset" and, so far, problem solved. It used to be great. Since I switched to Internet Air, it doesn't work. I have had it work after restarting the hub, but even that is a crapshoot. It shows my network offline and won't load connected devices. I have tried clearing the cache and data, reinstalling, and I have made sure updates are done. Nothing helps.

This app is the absolute worst, and the service is not much better. If you block a device from connecting, it will show the block icon, but the internet is still active. It's hit or miss being able to turn on the "downtime" for profiles, adding or removing devices to profiles works when it wants to. Even pausing a device doesn't work. One computer can sign on once, get paused, and then reconnect with the same device description but have a brand new active connection. There has to be a better way

The app is incredibly frustrating to use. It's slow, and basic tasks like blocking a device are unreliable. I often have to attempt it 4 or more times before it actually works, as the app repeatedly says, "Hmmm. That didn't work." This makes managing my devices unnecessarily time-consuming and annoying. For a smarthome app, I expected better reliability and efficiency. Needs serious improvements.
