Like others have said. It used to work, now voice activation doesn't work. Assistant won't wake up until I physically open the app by touch. Once settings are completed, you can't go back into the app to change anything. Hot mess. Used to be great. Pixel7Pro in use on Google Fi, it's not hardware or software or service related.

Terrible app, not useful, can't find a single thing online with it. Can't control or set up anything on your phone like a calender event. Just a big waste of time. Even after being turned off and un-installed it continues to be an issue by constantly asking to be turned back on. Not useful when installed and annoying when uninstall. The best thing that can be done with this app is to be given the privilege of being able to truly uninstall it and use the free space for anything else.

Hi there. Thanks for your review! You can’t delete some system apps that came pre-installed on your Android device, but you can turn them off so that they won't show on the list of apps on your device. To do that, try the steps from this article: https://goo.gle/2XfmyQV. Hope that helps!

Not sure what happened to the tone when I try to activate the assistant but it's gone now and I never know if the phone actually heard me or not without visually looking at it and if I'm using a voice command to activate it I'm definitely not trying to look at the screen fix this before I delete your useless app. Google services are really going downhill including your texting app said nothing but problems for months.
