🗣 We make it easy to start a conversation. Every match begins by someone liking or commenting on a specific part of your profile.
✅ We want you to feel confident about meeting people in person and going on great dates. Selfie Verification makes it easier for daters on Hinge to ensure that they are who they say they are.
🎤 We ask how your dates are going. After exchanging phone numbers with a Match, we’ll follow up to hear how your date went so we can make better recommendations in the future.

1. Photo verification system is so atrocious. 2. Too costly. You need a decent amount of disposable income to get value. All of these apps are just about the same, money hungry, preying on people and there is no justification for it. It's an absurdly expensive market. I would rather join a gym or run club and pay those fees than burn $s just for the most basic things. 3. Glitchy and buggy. Once you reach a certain number of likes/matches your hidden queue gets jammed and things go wrong.

It's an okay app. It's better than most dating apps I have tried. Most apps are pressuring you to buy their subscriptions, which is overly expensive. But at least on Hinge, you are still able to swipe and send a like as many times. And I get to post a comment on their profile if there's something I like about it. The only downside is really the men. They may act like they're ready to connect, but they don't. I get no feedback when I do chat with them. The conversations only last for a day.

Hinge, the app designed to be deleted — because it sucks! 😂 This app is hardly different from any other swipe and match dating app. It faces the same challenges as all dating apps: there is no substitute for in-person connections. I even tried their premium services which seemed rigged. My "type" hardly appeared when I bought the premium service, but suddenly they all appeared after I cancelled the premium service. Save yourself the time and focus on expanding your real life social networks.
