The app always has the basics for getting information about the lodge. However, some error involving multiple profiles has kept me from being able to use the app to manage my stay, making it otherwise worthless, and multiple calls and emails have yet to resolve it.

The latest update lost all my information. I can't login or do a password reset. It's frustrating. Now, it's saying that there is no user associated with the email I provided. I just made a reservation, and it emailed me my confirmation. every time I try to update my profile and hit save it, resets to default. The updated version is horrible. Please fix all the bugs.

Stayed at the Poconos lodge for 2 days....kids really enjoyed the renovated wolf den room. This was our 3rd visit to Great Wolf. The room would have been nicer had we not had a balcony room right over the garbage and recycling. We could hear bottles and cans being recycled until 1130p each night and the back doors slamming closed. Unfortunately, the check-in thru the app didn't work at all, and the map of the resort wouldn't load....just a white screen as others have reported here.
