Overall, I like the app. However, they have a function to hide all "55+ buildings," but the realtors just put it in the description instead It's incredibly frustrating when you look at places in your budget to find out you can't live there. Why can't you set it up so listing's have to provide this info or be taken down. Manufactured homes have a similar issue. Lastly, when looming at the map, it will show prices in another country that borders where you are looking. Annoying

Zillow is really useful when you just installed it. As you use it, it "learns" and starts annoying with constant popups and notifications that slow down your phone and the app itself. Every once in a while you have to deinstall the app until the next time you feel like browsing homes. Since they removed the satellite image overlay in the phone app, I find myself mostly using the browser/desktop version which is a lot easier to "muffle and jail" once you are done for the day. It's time to deinstall/declutter again to get some speed back. Definitely see you again, but please improve your good app by getting rid of all your machine learning. Believe a fellow AI programmer, you cannot learn my pattern with the present algorithms.

They need to fix their APIs. Listing details are often incomplete, so much so I've unfortunately had to resort to only using this app for the map UI, where I find the location and price of interest, and then copy the address to view the listing details and photos on other platforms which mostly don't seem to face the issues that Zillow does with data accuracy and completeness. The "days on Zillow" tag is often wrong too, showing <1 when the details show more than 1 day listed on Zillow.
