Samsung customer service is the worst at all levels. It's so bad that even the chat bots take forever to respond. Their store fronts are even worse. I've tried calling the store and have been on hold up to 2hrs before hanging up. Their shipping is a joke. It's best to always do pick-up when the option is available. I've already had to cancel orders numerous times to repurchase for pick-up because shipping is always getting delayed. The app is easy to use and awesome app exclusive deals.

Tried to pre-order the S25 Ultra from the app but once I click on the pre-order button it brings me to a white screen with the words "It's us it's not you, Take me back" on the screen. I went to the website to pre-order but it looks like it didn't give me the $350 credit that was offered in the broken app. UPDATE* App issue is known- due to "high volume"- Samsung Support helped me out a ton! (4 star cause they should've been ready for that S25 drop! 😉)

This was a terrible experience and honestly spoiled the excitement of spending this much money on a new device. I could find no graceful way to go back to the previous screen, so every tap caused anxiety, knowing if it was wrong, I would have to restart. Thankfully, your chat team was able to help me. She was very sweet. The only reason I downloaded this is to get the pre-register discount, and I'm uninstalling as soon as my device gets here. I'll order the peripherals elsewhere.
