Some slight connection issues which are annoying, the coupon section regularly tells me to finish my order set up before it will load even though it's done and hasn't changed since install. Update. Nevermind app is pointless, restaurant gets my order wrong every time. Don't know how when I punch it in myself. Paid extra for a large drink with no ice and go the wrong thing with ice in it. 3rd order in a row. Sick of it. Also asks for a rating before getting the food, gtfoh.

Keeps crashing and locking me out. It used to be a very reliable app but now I just is incapable on mobile. "Oops, something went wrong, please try again" is plastered all over the app. I can't even sign in. I've cleared my cache, cleared any data, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, cleared data, uninstalled, reboot, reinstall. And it still gives me that response or permaload. I noticed every time I try and make a delivery order this happens Please fix this

What a disappointment. Don't waste your time using this app, clearly the multi-billion dollar franchise empire has not invested one penny into their user experience. The app sucks, doesn't process payment to the local franchise..but is quick to take your money..and doesn't connect or place the order to the local restaurant. Try to call the store...hah..and the only other option is to go to their website. When the franchise owner says 60% of customers have problems you can clearly see why.
