Tried to use a late night eats coupon and it let me order but wouldn't take payment. Went to the store and they said they couldn't help so I paid full price for something I could have ordered cheaper through the app (if it worked!) And it's not the first time I've had issues either. *edit : After reading other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one with issues so why don't they care to fix it? Wendy's opened nearby so... bye forever Harvey's!

Trying to go with Canadian companies moving forward. Coupon worked. However, no option to use Google/Apple pay is really not ideal. I don't feel comfortable storing my credit card data on their servers... Would get higher rating if we were able to use more secure methods of payment. (A&W app has that option - they're also Canadian owned & operated)

Some slight connection issues which are annoying, the coupon section regularly tells me to finish my order set up before it will load even though it's done and hasn't changed since install. Update. Nevermind app is pointless, restaurant gets my order wrong every time. Don't know how when I punch it in myself. Paid extra for a large drink with no ice and go the wrong thing with ice in it. 3rd order in a row. Sick of it. Also asks for a rating before getting the food, gtfoh.
