the UI of your bank app is the most unfriendly interface I've ever come across, unclear where anything is and not easy to navigate at all. lately the app cinstantly crashes, doesn't show balance, all cards or doesn't load at all. I've been trying to log in for the past 10 minutes and it keeps giving error codes that it's not available. Would be nice if you could look at competitor apps and make your interface more user friendly, as well as the app itself, otherwise impossible to use.

In-app notifications are not working properly. Still receiving notifications via SMS despite option "in application" has been chosen. In addition, please consider implementing in-app security confirmation of payments since sometimes cellular coverage is limited while the internet may be available and this makes payments impossible to complete. Thanks in advance.

I have been a client for almost 2 years now. I'd like to say that the TBC team and their banking service are amazing! My only wish would be to add easy and simple international money transfer by swift to another bank or via other methods because at the moment it's very limited.
