Update as on 27 Dec 2024 I am changing the review to negative, as the app is continuously crashing both in iOS as well as Android. Unable to login and make it work. Technically they are majorly lacking compared to their peers. Really easy to use and all things (reports/policy papers/booking checkup)are there at single place, making it convenient in any emergency. Would highly recommend.

Very very slow in syncing with the server. Often it throws up error when you tap on health tracker. I have complained many times to the company but they are so arrogant, they never accept the shortcomings. Instead, they keep claiming that the app is perfect and I don't know how to use it. I have given up complaining.

Not a User-friendly app at all, only option for renewal option is working in app, all other options are not working. Fitness tracker is worst among all the options. Very slow to update data and always showing something went wrong. Even after reinstall whole app it is not working. I am unable to upload my steps for NCB discount. Seems like they don't want us to reedem discount. 3 month since I post this review and countless complains but still no improvement in app.
