This is a simple dress up game for girls where players can choose to dress up a young girl with around a dozen different haircuts along with a few different hats, shoes, tops and bottoms.

• Click on the arrow near each attribute you would like to change until you are happy with it.
• Repeat the process for other character attributes.
• There are sliders under each option which allow you to change the color of that feature.
• When all attributes are set you can click on the buttons in the bottom right corner to make a printable or savable picture of your dressed up girl character.

How to Play

Choose your character’s hair style, facial expression, glasses, pose, clothing outfit, shoes, and set custom colors for each.

• Starting the Game
  • Click on the yellow button with the white arrow on the welcome screen to start the game.
• Game Controls
  • On the left side of the game there are controls to adjust the girl’s skin tone, hat, hair, facial expression, glasses.
    • skin tone: 4 options
    • hat: 3 hats plus no hat
    • haircut: 11 hair styles plus bald
    • facial expression: 5 options
    • glasses: 4 options plus no glasses
  • On the right side of the game there are controls to adjust the girl’s pose, top, pants, and shoes.
    • pose: 4 options
    • tops: 5 options
    • pants and skirts: 5 options
    • shoes: 2 options plus barefoot
  • Click the left or right green arrow to adjust the core setting for each feature you want to use, then you can adjust colors.
  • Adjusting colors
    • There are 4 different skin tones you can select. All other attributes allow you to use a slider to set the color of the item you used. After selecting an attribute move the slider right or left to adjust color.
    • If you change the character pose after changing skin color then you will need to change the skin color to a different hue and then apply it back to have the skin color you chose applied to the alternate arm positioning.
  • Removing items
    • If you use a hat then your character’s haircut will not show.
    • If you included an item you later decide you do not want to use click the left green arrow near the hat or glasses or such to remove them from the image.
• Save Your Work
  • Clicking on the purple button in the lower right corner opens up a blob of the work in a new web browser tab. Right click on the image in that tab and click “save as” to save your work as a JPG file.
    • The one big feature this game is missing is the ability to adjust the background scenery.
    • If you would like to remove the image background and isolate your character upload your exported image to Remove.bg. You could then place the character as a new layer on top of another background using image editing tools like Techsmith SnagIt, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva.
• Target Audience
  • This game is quite easy to use. The feature set is basic, but the ability to alter the color hues of almost every option in the game makes the game much more personable than a game without that color variation.
  • The game is ideal for younger kids, though perhaps a bit boring and simplistic for older children.
  • This game looks good on small and large monitors, providing a reasonable amount of detail without pixelating.
  • This game is for dressing up a little girl. We also offer a sister (er, brother) game where players can dress up a young boy.
