I really enjoy the authenticity of Joe Simonds and his fishing expertise coupled with his walk of faith. Hard to find quality shows and people like him now nowadays. blessings

Absolutely love the podcast and YouTube videos. Super helpful when it comes to fishing, gear and just overall knowledge and love the devotional side of the podcast as well. Only thing I’d like to see more of is more NC coastal stuff and longer podcast, but overall great community and group of people.

In the 2024 recap episode a life lesson about “Why you become what you tolerate” is discussed. Rather than calling out the president elect who is convicted felon who brags about sexually assaulting women, the host complains about California’s theft laws? You don’t like it then move out of California. States rights, right? If you want to talk about politics on your own podcast, fine. But don’t promote Christian values while bashing the left and ignoring the completely unchristian like policies of the right. I’ll get my fishing fix elsewhere from now on.
