John tries to put a stop to the calls but is told that this may take up to 28 days and he's expecting a very important call today! Then John hears of a way in which he might be able to get struck off their list - off every list. Apparently, if he's rude and obnoxious to them when they call they will remove his name from their databases. The phone rings!
