The best way for you to farm Bounty Tokens would be to roam around and clear as many Bounty Targets as possible before they respawn.
Targeting the higher-level targets will allow you to get a larger amount of tokens but farming the lower-level ones can be a quick way to get a few now and then.
Just like with Alpha Pals, these enemies will respawn and you can come up with your route to follow as you hunt each one of them.
Successful Bounty Tokens Uses
Successful Bounty Tokens are used as a currency when purchasing rewards from a Vigilante Bounty Officer, who is found at the different settlements.

Successful Bounty Tokens may be a bit difficult to farm during the earlier phases of the game but once you become stronger and can easily take out the Bounty Targets, things get easier.
