I’m Taj, the founder of Propertifix, and my journey in construction started long before I ever picked up my first set of tools professionally. I was just 13 years old when I began learning the trade from my grandfather, a master craftsman who taught me not only the skills of building and repair but also the value of honesty, hard work, and serving others.

By 2005, I was doing odd jobs here and there, fixing things for friends, family, and neighbors. That small side hustle quickly grew into something bigger—a trusted handyman and renovation service dedicated to helping homeowners, property managers, and real estate professionals.

      I called Taj to see if he could help, and sadly he doesn't do what I was needing, but he was honest about it. He didn't try and sell me his service, he was upfront and I appreciated the honesty & transparency. However, if when I do have a job that he can do you can bet I'll be giving him a call.
