Ingredients

  • 500 gm Flour

  • 1 Egg

  • 50 ml Evaporated milk

  • 70 gm QBB

  • Water

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine flour with egg, milk and water mixed with a little salt.

  2. 2. Knead well with QBB until a soft and pliable dough is formed.

  3. 3. Divide into 10 equal portions and roll into balls. Rest for 6 hours.

  4. 4. Flatten dough and cook on a lightly greased pan 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.

  5. 5. When done, clap bread with palms to cool and loosen.
