New to AER

  1. If you are new to AER click here to create an account.

  2. Since you can not join a team you should contact the team captain, of the team you plan to race with, so they can add you to the team.

  3. Your default role is set to Crew. Should you wish to drive your credentials will be checked and you may also be called for a phone interview. Once you have been approved your status will change to Driver

Team Captains

  1. Make sure you are logged in at https://race.americanenduranceracing.com

  2. To add members to your team

    1. Navigate to your Team Dashboard by clicking the Dashboard button in the topmost menu
    2. Scroll down to Members and click +Manage Members
    3. At the bottom of the Member List search for the user and click Add Member
  3. To register for a race

    1. Click on Events in the top most menu
    2. Next to the event you wish to register for click Details
    3. On the Event Details Page click Register For This Race
    4. On the next page select the car you will be registering to race and click continue
    5. On the next page select the Drivers and Crew who will be attending and click continue
    6. Review the car, drivers, and crew select for the event and click Confirm Registration to confirm your registration
    7. On the next page you can pay for your registration with a Credit Card, PayPal, or discount code if you have one
    8. Once you have paid in full you can continue on to the Pit Box, Garage, and Tech Time Slot selection process by clicking Continue to Reservables
  4. To add Members to a registration after you have already registered

    1. Navigate to your Team Dashboard by clicking the Dashboard button in the top most menu
    2. Scroll down to Upcoming Registered Events
    3. In the Drivers & Crew column of the registration you wish to edit click Edit Drivers & Crew
    4. Select the Drivers and Crew Members attending the event
    5. Click continue to confirm selection
  5. To reserve a garage, pit box, or tech time slot after you have already registered

    1. Navigate to your Team Dashboard by clicking the Dashboard button in the top most menu
    2. Scroll down to Upcoming Registered Events
    3. In the Pit Boxes, Garages, Tech Slots column of the registration you wish to edit click Edit Selections
    4. Select the Pit Box, Garage, Tech Slot, etc.. you would like for the event
    5. Click continue after each selection to confirm and move the next.
  6. To make another team member a captain also

    1. Navigate to your Team Dashboard by clicking Dashboard in the top most menu
    2. Scroll down to Members and click +Manage Members
    3. Find the member you wish to make captain, open the red dropdown box in the row with their name and click Make Team Captain
