Arabic Flat Bread
Food Ingredients:
1 (13 ¾ oz.) pkg. hot roll mix 1/4 cup coarse crystal salt
Recipe preparation:
1 Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions. After rising, place on floured board and knead lightly. Divide into 12 even pieces. Roll out each piece to 6 inch diameter. Place 2 on each of 6 ungreased cookie sheets. Prick thoroughly with a fork. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden, slightly bubbly on surface and crisp. Makes 12.
