What are the best aspects of this product?
What's not to love about LiveChat? First of all, the installation had been a breeze. The platform that we use integrates smoothly with it—all we had to do was to download this as a plugin. As for its application, working with LiveChat has been really easy. I particularly like its feature that allows us to see what our customers are typing. This way, we can prepare our reply as they formulate their questions. They have top-quality customer reps too. They've been very helpful since day one. Kudos to the team!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, we've had a really good experience with LiveChat. There's only a matter of ticket filing, but we've found a workaround for this issue.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
LiveChat makes it possible for us to give real-time support to our customers. It's great how we can easily have a conversation with our clients, even supporting specific instructions with screenshots and other relevant information. Gathering data on our customers becomes easier too. We can simply pin their location and obtain information about them so we know how to provide better support.
